MEDICAL SERVICES

Occupational Services

• Full on-site clinic capabilities with off-site radiology services
  
• ​Primary treatment and follow up all occupational injuries
• State of the art Electronic Medical Record System
• Slit lamp for eye injuries
• Tetanus Toxoid, Epi Pens, and other medications on site for immediate care as indicated. (No narcotic medication is distributed or maintained on site)
• Injury case management with an immediate return to work and active follow up

Non-Occupational Services

In order to maximize employee efficiency, our onsite clinics can treat a wide array of urgent care type medical conditions and chronic conditions that require monitoring or medication refill. Some of the basic medical conditions that can be monitored and followed such are diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.
Employees and subcontractors don’t have to leave the worksite to receive basic medical treatment, drastically cutting lost work time due to travel and long wait times at outside clinics. The Rose Medical Management (RMM) clinic is available daily for all site employees and subcontractors to use at no cost.  All non-occupational visits are complementary, strictly confidential HIPPA, and provided by the client through RMM.

Case Management Services

RMM directors work closely with each company to strategically plan and setup customized medical management programs that streamlines operations.  With a 24/7 medical director on call, RMM is staffed with full-time providers and medical assistant staff responding to a range of occupational medical services, worksite injuries, and illnesses.  Local area specialist and ancillary services are researched and a complete list of referral providers and services is compiled. This allows our onsite providers to have a list of specialist and ancillary services at their fingertips where we get optimal service and communication so that the employees are seen promptly and returned to work immediately in case of an off-site referral.
