Keith Rose MD, President
Dr. Keith Rose is the CEO and President of Southwest Medical Strategies and Rose Medical Management, South Texas based companies providing onsite occupational clinics, permanent occupational clinics, and medical risk management services to over 250 companies and municipalities in Texas, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, North Dakota, Louisiana, and Florida.
He also owns and operates The Doctors Center Urgent Care, with 4 clinics in South Texas, which he started over 19 years ago. TDC has several large municipality occupational contracts including the City of Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Corpus Christi Independent School District (CCISD) and the Regional Terminal Authority (RTA). TDCUC is the largest privately held Urgent Care Clinic system in South Texas. |
Dr. Rose is trained in general surgery, plastic surgery and burns and critical care. He has extensive field experience in trauma, burns, diving medicine, emergency medicine, and critical air transport. He is a former Army Captain who was assigned to a Forward Surgical Team. In 2008, Dr. Rose developed and patented the Integrated Tourniquet System (ITS) which is used by Naval Special Warfare, law enforcement, and militaries around the world.
In addition, Dr. Rose provides tactical medicine training to the military, numerous government and law enforcement agencies, and security companies.
He has worked extensively in Central and South America, Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

Dan Collette, VP of Finance & Operations
Dan Collette is the Vice President of Finance & Operations for Rose Medical Management, with ten plus years of hands-on experience. He is responsible for financial, human resource, and administrative matters for RMM. Dan is a key member of the RMM Strategic Planning and Implementation team that routinely exams industry best practices for companies operating in our space.
Dan started his career with the International Public Accounting Firm Arthur Andersen & Company. He represented a diversified portfolio of clients representing key industries, including oil and gas, construction, and farming and ranching. He left Arthur Anderson and became the Executive Vice President for Finance and Administration at Repcon, Inc, a national industrial construction company with emphasis on petrochemical plant turnarounds. He was primarily responsible for accounting, finance, and human resources. He rebuilt the accounting department from the ground up and designed and participated in the field implementation of a labor cost tracking software program for 500+ construction project employees. Dan joined Dr. Rose in 2005 as Vice President of Finance and Operations.

Bill Apostolon, DO, Chief Medical Officer/National Medical Director
Bill Apostolon, DO joined our team on July 1, 2018, as the Chief Medical Officer and National Medical Director. Dr. Apostolon brings with him a wealth of knowledge in Internal Medicine, Critical Care Medicine, Occupational Medicine, and Emergency Medicine. He is also well versed in multiple critical care procedures, orthopedic procedures, and complex laceration repair.
Prior to medical school he was a certified Paramedic for 12 years and currently serves as the Medical Director for multiple local EMS agencies as well as the County 911 Center. He has a large breadth of knowledge in critical aeromedical |
transport, high angle rope rescue, structural collapse, and confined space rescue. He was honored to serve on the Medical Team for the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta, GA.
Dr. Apostolon is active in teaching and has been an Associate Professor in Internal Medicine for training residents and medical students and a field trainer in Internal and Emergency Medicine for Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner programs. He is currently Affiliate Faculty with the American Heart Association in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support and is certified by the American College of Surgeons in Advanced Trauma Life Support and is an instructor candidate.

Linda Wise, Director of HR and Organizational Development
Linda Wise has over 25 years of experience in the medical industry, starting out as a Medical Transcriptionist as an owner/operator of her own company, which she ran for nearly 18 years. She then moved on to become a senior trainer for Henry Schein MicroMD, an electronic medical records software company. Her job duties included training clients, quality assurance, customer service, and workflow procedure analyst. Over the years, Linda has also worked as a consultant to multiple medical practices, helping to develop strategies to improve their workflow procedures and medical documentation.

Linda joined RMM nearly 7 years ago as the Director of Training and Development, and moved on to become the Director of HR and Organizational Development. She is responsible onboarding of new staff and recurrent training for employees, HIPAA Compliance, and software administrator. Linda is also responsible for setting up and managing the RMM learning management system, designing and updating effective online training materials for internal corporate training, as well as OSHA safety training.
Jennifer Dodd, Logistics & Supply Coordinator
Jennifer Dodd joined RMM three years ago as an Executive Assistant/Logistics and Supply Coordinator. Jennifer studied Accounting at The University of West Scotland, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She began her career working for the National Australia Group in Glasgow, Scotland in Central Finance. She then went on to work for Arthur J Gallagher & Co., one of the largest insurance brokerage and risk management firms in the world. In 2015, Jennifer moved back to her hometown of Corpus Christi, TX and returned to school to become a nationally certified medical assistant. After doing her internship and joining The Doctors Center Urgent Care, working as a senior MA, Jennifer decided to join RMM as a full-time employee.
Jennifer’s extensive background in both Accounting and as a medical assistant allows her to have multiple roles with RMM, including setting up new clinics with equipment and supplies, allowing them to function on a daily basis. Jennifer also assists with billing and contractor payments for RMM, and she occasionally travels to new locations to assist in the opening of our onsite medical units.

Monica Luna, Occupational Testing Supervisor
Monica Luna has 18 years of experience in Occupational Medicine and fills the role of Occupational Testing Supervisor for RMM. Monica began her career as a receptionist and worked her way up to Corporate Receptionist. She found her niche in the occupational health field, and over the years has advanced her career to becoming a trainer for DOT drug screen collections for all RMM onsite staff. With her knowledge of Occupational Medicine, she also assists in establishing protocols for clients and addresses all their occupational medicine needs. Monica frequently travels to our onsite clinics to assist in the setup and opening of new units.

Ryan Canon, Regional Site Manager
Ryan Canon joined Rose Medical Management in August of 2018 as a member of RMM’s first Emergency Response Team. Prior to that, he worked at a regional Trauma/Stroke and Cardiac Care Center as an EMT/ Emergency Department Technician. Ryan was active on the hospital’s Stat Page, Rapid Response and Haz-Mat response groups. He holds instructor certifications in Health Care Provider BLS CPR, AED and First Aid with the American Heart Association, as well as ECSI-American College of Emergency Physicians. Ryan serves as Vice President on a Volunteer Fire Department, where he holds the rank of EMS Captain and Firefighter.

Taking 911 Emergency calls in rural West Virginia has given Ryan experience in Mass Casualty Events, Rope Rescue, Water Rescue, Haz-Mat, Heavy Equipment, Structural Collapse, Trench Rescue, Rural Search and Rescue, Advanced Extrication and Aeromedical Operations.
Ryan currently serves as the Regional Site Manager for RMM’s Onsite Medical Services. He oversees onsite clinics, emergency response teams and screening/first aid sites in multiple states.
