Keith Rose MD, President
Dr. Keith Rose serves as the CEO and President of Southwest Medical Strategies and Rose Medical Management, both based in South Texas. These companies offer a comprehensive array of services, including on-site occupational clinics, permanent occupational clinics, and medical and occupational risk management solutions, catering to over 200 companies and municipalities across multiple states including Texas, West Virginia, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Missouri, California, North Dakota, Louisiana, and Florida.
Additionally, Dr. Rose is the proprietor of Doctors Center Urgent Care, which boasts 3 clinics in South Texas and has proudly served the community for 25 years. Dr. Rose brings a wealth of expertise to his roles, with training in general surgery, plastic surgery, burns, and critical care. |
His extensive professional background spans trauma, burns, diving medicine, emergency medicine, and critical air transport, honed during his tenure as an Army Captain assigned to a Forward Surgical Team.
Notably, Dr. Rose is the inventor and patent holder of The Integrated Tourniquet System (ITS), a groundbreaking device utilized by Naval Special Warfare, law enforcement agencies, and military forces globally. Furthermore, he imparts tactical medicine training to military units, government entities, law enforcement agencies, and security firms, having conducted operations in Central and South America, Africa, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Dr. Rose current resides in South Texas.

Dan Collette, VP of Finance & Operations
Dan Collette has over a decade of hands-on experience in financial, human resources, and administrative domains. As a pivotal member of the RMM strategic planning and implementation team, he consistently evaluates industry best practices tailored for companies operating within our sector.
Dan's professional journey commenced with Arthur Andersen & Company, a renowned international public accounting firm, where he managed a diverse clientele spanning key industries such as oil and gas, construction, and farming and ranching. Transitioning from Arthur Andersen, Dan assumed the role of Executive Vice President for Finance and Administration at Repcon, Inc., a prominent national Industrial construction company specializing in petrochemical plant turnarounds. In this capacity, he oversaw accounting, finance, and human resource functions, spearheading the reconstruction of the accounting department and playing a pivotal role in the field implementation of a labor cost tracking software program for over 500 construction project employees.
In 2005, Dan joined forces with Dr. Rose, assuming his current position with Rose Medical Management.

Jennifer Canon, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, Medical Director
With over 25 years of experience in the medical field, Jennifer Canon holds expertise in critical care, emergency medicine, and occupational medicine. Her journey in medicine commenced in the US Army following four years of service in Military Intelligence. After completing her medical training, Jennifer transitioned to an officer in the US Army Medical Corps.
As the spouse of Ryan Canon, our Senior Project Manager, Jennifer possesses a distinctive insight into occupational injuries and treatment, enabling her to deliver exceptional occupational injury management and care to both employees and employers.

Ryan Canon, Senior Project Manager
Ryan Canon became a part of Rose Medical Management in August 2018, joining as a member of RMM’s inaugural Emergency Response Team. Prior to this role, he served at a regional Trauma/Stroke and Cardiac Care Center as an EMT/Emergency Department Technician, actively participating in various emergency response groups including the Stat Page, Rapid Response, and Haz-Mat teams.
Ryan holds instructor certifications in Health Care Provider BLS CPR, AED, and First Aid by the American Heart Association, along with ECSI-American College of Emergency Physicians. Additionally, he holds the position of Vice President at a Volunteer Fire Department, where he serves as EMS Captain and Firefighter. |
His experience in handling 911 Emergency calls in rural West Virginia has provided him with expertise in mass casualty events, rope rescue, water rescue, Haz-Mat, heavy equipment, structural collapse, trench rescue, rural search and rescue, advanced extrication, and aeromedical operations.
Presently, Ryan serves as the Senior Project Manager for RMM’s Onsite Medical Services, where he is responsible for overseeing onsite clinics, emergency response teams, and screening/first aid sites across multiple states.

Linda Wise, Director of HR and Organizational Development
With over three decades of experience in the medical industry, Linda Wise initially started her journey as a Medical Transcriptionist, owning and operating her own company for nearly 18 years. Transitioning from entrepreneurship, she assumed the role of senior trainer at Henry Schein MicroMD, a leading electronic medical records software company. Her responsibilities encompassed client training, quality assurance, service, and workflow procedure analysis. Linda's expertise extended to consultancy work for various medical practices, where she aided in the development of strategies to enhance workflow procedures and medical documentation.

Joining RMM in 2014 as the Director of Training and Development, Linda later progressed to become the Director of HR and Organizational Development. In her current capacity, she oversees the onboarding of new staff, recurrent compliance training for employees, ensures HIPAA Compliance, and serves as the software administrator. Linda's role also involves setting up and managing the RMM learning management system, as well as designing and updating effective online training materials for internal corporate training and OSHA safety training. Furthermore, Linda plays a pivotal role in creating and implementing workplace policies and procedures, and an employee handbook, fostering a cohesive and compliant work environment within RMM.
Jennifer Dodd, Logistics & Supply Coordinator
Jennifer Dodd joined RMM five years ago as an Executive Assistant/Logistics and Supply Coordinator. Jennifer studied Accounting at The University of West Scotland, graduating with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She began her career working for the National Australia Group in Glasgow, Scotland in Central Finance. She then went on to work for Arthur J Gallagher & Co., one of the largest insurance brokerage and risk management firms in the world. In 2015, Jennifer moved back to her hometown of Corpus Christi, TX and returned to school to become a nationally certified medical assistant. After doing her internship and joining The Doctors Center Urgent Care, working as a senior MA, Jennifer decided to join RMM as a full-time employee.
